Well Deserved Staff ‘Feel Good’ Well-Being Day at Oasis Academy Connaught, Knowle, Bristol
After the launching our confidence-boosting, anxiety-beating app to beta testers across the country only 1 month ago, HappiMe have already found even more ways to help people feel good!
The team at HappiMe is on a mission to boost self-esteem and rid children, young people and adults of worry and anxiety. |
They were joined by Jackie Hawken, Bristol’s mindfulness expert, who ran a mindfulness session at the well-being workshop, and Abby Pickles, a HappiMe Coach for children and young people, who ran a brilliant session on HappiTapping, a tool that can relieve stress instantly.
HappiMe’s founder Jo Richings said “We had a brilliant, fun day with them all. Lots of team exercises around mindfulness, mindset, gratitude, CBT, and de-stressing techniques. The school staff at Oasis Connaught do a fantastic job every day, so we wanted to give them a relaxing and fun day with lots of tools and techniques to help reduce their everyday stress levels.”
